What We Do
Field-Tec Services is a full-service technical repair company. We provide services to the end user of both mobile equipment powertrain systems and stationary hydraulic systems in Northeast USA. Located in Muncy, Pennsylvania, we are a factory authorized Road-Tec service and rebuild center for Northeastern USA.
History
Owners and founders, Ben Eldred and Scott Appleman, established Field-Tec Services during their time at the Pennsylvania College of Technology as professors in the Heavy Equipment Technology program. Forming the business gave the two an opportunity to stay up to date on the industry. By working in the field, they were exposed to changes in the industry, which they could then apply to the classroom.
Since 1981, Field-Tec Services has grown into a successful business, providing solutions to customers throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. Looking forward, the business has every intent to continue providing the best service in the area for years to come.
Who We Are
Providing quality service is personal. Along with their staff of skilled technicians, both Ben and Scott continue to play an integral role in the success of the business. With Ben overseeing management and marketing, Scott oversees technical support with the following certifications:

• Certified Fluid Power Mobile Technician
• Certified Fluid Power Industrial Hydraulic Technician
